1. Services Offered

LG-GRAPHICS Kenya Design Studio offers graphic design, brand identity development, website design, website development, print design, and digital asset creation.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Payments

Service orders are processed following client request and requirement submission. Payment terms, pricing, and turnaround timeframes are displayed during checkout or in custom quotes. We accept mobile payments via M-Pesa (Safaricom) and other approved payment channels.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for completed custom design projects, the final deliverables and agreed copyright rights are transferred to the client. LG-GRAPHICS reserves the right to showcase approved work in portfolio showcases and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project kickoff.

5. Revisions and Cancellations

Standard design packages include specified revision cycles. Requests beyond the initial scope may incur additional fees. Cancellation requests submitted before design work commences will be handled in accordance with our project refund policies.

6. Third-Party Authentication & Services

Our website allows convenient login and registration via Google OAuth 2.0. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

LG-GRAPHICS Kenya Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
